Diverium is currently seeking seed funding to assist with its ongoing development efforts now that the first version of our application has been released.  We are currently a US Delaware Corporation with a UK limited company subsidiary and have not received any prior investor funding.  We are currently raising and Angel/ Pre-seed round on a Stack.Angellist SAFE agreement.  For UK investors, Diverium still qualifies for both SEIS and EIS tax relief programs through a Seedlegals investment vehicle.

Diverium has not taken any prior institutional investment.
